The NSDA-Approved CBT&A (Trainer & Assessor) Course has been thoughtfully designed to develop skilled trainers and assessors who meet national standards. The course is delivered in a focused structure:
🧠 Training Module (15 Days):
This comprehensive segment equips participants with in-depth knowledge of Competency-Based Training and Assessment methods. Through interactive sessions and practical exercises, learners gain the tools to design, deliver, and evaluate effective skill-based training programs aligned with NSDA frameworks.
📝 Assessment Module (1 Day):
After completing the training, participants undergo a final assessment to demonstrate their understanding and practical application of CBT&A principles. This evaluation ensures that only competent and confident professionals are certified.
